PROJECT BRIEF :assess client needs
Just like dating, our best client partnerships start with chemistry and trust. Our client, already a busy ER Dr. prior to COVID, turned to us for help* transforming her underused spare bedroom into an efficient home office, zoom room and retreat. *The entire process was conducted by Zoom.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Round I: Not just a pretty face.
We experience and inhabit a space through all our senses. The look and the feel are both critical. We develop and present an initial palette like this one, just to make sure we’re on the same page as you aesthetically.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Round 2: ‘concepting’ + draft rendering
a brief exchange of ideas and inspo led us to a layout that both opens up the room and draws our client into it.

down to the 1/16 of an inch.
It was critical to create a custom built-in unit offering plenty of well-organized storage, with a simple design that frames the modern crystal chandelier, and keeps it center stage in the overall scheme. Done!
