  1. Assess

We conduct a walkthrough of your property, assessing needs, goals, scope, budget, and schedule. We identify focus areas and opportunities for worthwhile improvements, taking into account location, curb appeal, architectural elements, and light.


2. Propose

Within 24 hours of our on-site assessment, we deliver a project outline that includes a concept and palette board, scope of work, timeline, and pricing. We also make recommendations to prioritize property improvements prior to staging.


3. Deliver

STAGE: Our design team brings the creative vision to life with a compelling narrative and relentless attention to detail, installing inventory and custom elements to prepare property to stand out in a high-end market.

DE-STAGE: We will break down and remove any installation with ten days’ notice.
